30 days return policy

Irrespective of the legal right of withdrawal for digital products, we offer you a non-bureaucratic right of return of 30 days from the date of purchase.

The precondition for the return of digital items is that the corresponding activation key was not used to activate the corresponding software or will be used in the future by the buyer or third parties who have been given access to the corresponding activation key by the buyer. 

To return a digital item and receive a refund, please complete and sign our return form for digital products and send it back as Scan or Photo using our contact form or by e-mail to [email protected]:
