The Activation Assistant is currently not available online.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Call the toll-free number depending on the country where you are based: Activation Centers worldwide telephone numbers, which also appears in the wizard window. You will be connected to the automatic activation system.
2. The system first asks you a few questions. To enter the installation ID, answer the 5th question (whether you have the error code on hand) with key 2 (no).
3. You will be asked to enter the installation ID from step 3.
4. Indicate that the software is currently installed on 0 computers.
5. You will receive a confirmation ID. Enter this into the 8 empty fields (A-H) and activate your product.

Activation should now be successfully completed.
